when you read a great work of literature, it reads you
yep.
whether you know it or not, once it has your full attention,
you're done. it will know everything about you.
what's your name, where you grew up, your parents name,
which school you went to, your 5th grade math exam score,
your mbti personality type, your favorite color.
heck, it even knows what u ate for dinner.
creepy?
well... that's not everything
imagine this;
when you're reading it, it is reading you
it tracks your neural pattern,
your physiological and emotional responses,
your structure of being, your subconscious.
it knows everything about your symbolic fantasies.
it knows everything it needs.
it stands between the wall on your weak skin
and the great outer existences.
it has control on the door.
and, believe me, it has its own agenda
for, or against, you
literature reads you
